1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The product was delivered late beyond the promised delivery window.
- You received the wrong item.
- Natural products like Rudraksha and Shaligrams are not returnable after delivered.
- You changed your mind within the cooling-off period of 7 days (for eligible items).
2. Return Window
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Natural products like Rudraksha and Shaligrams are not returnable.
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments).
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Digital downloads or gift cards.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
- Select the item and click Request Return.
- Choose the reason and upload supporting images (if applicable).
- Our team will review and approve the request within 48 hours.
- A pickup will be scheduled, or you may be asked to ship the item to our return center.
5. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of prepaid orders not confirmed, the deducted amount will be refunded automatically.
6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
7. Exchanges
- We offer free exchanges for size or colour issues, subject to availability.
- If the replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
- Natural products like Rudraksha and Shaligrams are not exchangeable after delivered.

- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, the order must be returned after delivery.
