1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is defectivedamaged, or not as described.
  • The product was delivered late beyond the promised delivery window.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • Natural products like Rudraksha and Shaligrams are not returnable after delivered.
  • You changed your mind within the cooling-off period of 7 days (for eligible items).

2. Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be returned in their original conditionunused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Natural products like Rudraksha and Shaligrams are not returnable.
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments).
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Digital downloads or gift cards.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
  2. Select the item and click Request Return.
  3. Choose the reason and upload supporting images (if applicable).
  4. Our team will review and approve the request within 48 hours.
  5. A pickup will be scheduled, or you may be asked to ship the item to our return center.

5. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of prepaid orders not confirmed, the deducted amount will be refunded automatically.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

7. Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for size or colour issues, subject to availability.
  • If the replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
  • Natural products like Rudraksha and Shaligrams are not exchangeable after delivered.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order must be returned after delivery.
